Os trabalhos previstos no âmbito do presente projeto de investimento estão enquadrados nos termos da alínea a) do ponto 5.1 do aviso de concurso, nomeadamente em “empreitadas de remodelação/adaptação de edifícios e o equipamento com mobiliário, material informático e de escritório necessários à criação de espaços de Cowork destinados à Administração Pública Central”.Importa destacar que os trabalhos a realizar prendem-se, essencialmente, com a remoção dos materiais de revestimentos existentes ao nível dos pavimentos, paredes e tetos bem como das louças sanitárias existentes e a sua substituição/aplicação de novos, bem como intervenções ao nível de pinturas interiores, rede de abastecimento de água e drenagem de águas residuais, segurança contra incêndios, eletricidade, ITED e aquisição de mobiliário e equipamento informático para apetrechamento do espaço de Cowork.\\ EMPREITADA: 29.739,88€\\ MOBILIÁRIO: 4.253,50€\\ EQUIPAMENTO INFORMÁTICO: 8.500,00€\\ TOTAL INVESTIMENTO s/IVA: 42.493,38€
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
