O presente projeto tem como objetivo a implementação do sistema EMaaS (Energy Management as a Service) no Hotel Albatroz, promovendo uma gestão técnica centralizada e a digitalização dos processos energéticos. A solução permitirá uma monitorização contínua do consumo, otimizando a eficiência e garantindo um controlo mais preciso dos sistemas térmicos da unidade.A implementação do EMaaS prevê a instalação de uma infraestrutura tecnológica que integrará sensores de temperatura e consumo energético, módulos de gestão térmica e uma plataforma de monitorização baseada na cloud, acessível remotamente. Este sistema proporcionará diagnósticos automáticos e análise preditiva, possibilitando uma gestão mais eficiente dos recursos energéticos.O projeto será desenvolvido em três fases, desde o levantamento inicial dos sistemas existentes, passando pela instalação e configuração da plataforma, até ao comissionamento e otimização da solução. Com esta abordagem, o Hotel Albatroz pretende reduzir significativamente o consumo energético associado às caldeiras, minimizando desperdícios e aumentando a sustentabilidade da operação.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
