A ACIN pretende modernizar e otimizar os seus processos internos através da implementação do Microsoft 365 Business. Atualmente, a empresa utiliza um sistema de comunicação e armazenamento fragmentado e manual (um dos quais o Thunderbird, e outros tantos em excel), o que limita a colaboração eficiente entre equipas e dificulta a automação de processos.Com esta transição digital, a ACIN substituirá ferramentas desatualizadas por uma plataforma integrada e inteligente, permitindo uma melhor organização da informação, comunicação ágil e colaboração em tempo real. O Microsoft 365 Business oferece um conjunto de aplicações que permitirão automatizar tarefas, digitalizar processos e otimizar a gestão documental.A implementação desta solução garantirá:• Maior eficiência operacional através da digitalização e automatização de tarefas repetitivas.• Melhoria da colaboração interna com ferramentas como Teams, OneDrive e SharePoint.• Aumento da segurança e conformidade na gestão de dados.• Flexibilidade no trabalho remoto, possibilitando acesso seguro e sincronizado à informação em qualquer local.Este projeto permitirá à ACIN reduzir erros manuais, minimizar custos operacionais e aumentar a produtividade da sua equipa, garantindo um crescimento sustentável e alinhado com a era digital.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
