O projeto da Aerohorta, Lda visa atualizar seu sistema informático e melhorar a infraestrutura para aumentar a segurança e a digitalização, com o objetivo de aprimorar a resposta às exigências modernas do negócio. Os principais objetivos do investimento incluem:Aquisição de servidor e sistema operativo para implementar um sistema de Armazenamento Conectado à Rede (NAS), incluindo armazenamento das contas de e-mail dos colaboradores.Melhoramento da VPN existente e criação de novas conexões para a Garagem das Viaturas e balcão das Lajes do Pico.Implementação de um sistema de videovigilância na Garagem das Viaturas e instalação de um pequeno escritório com computador, impressora e telefone.Aquisição de sistema de cibersegurança, incluindo firewall e software antivírus para proteger os computadores pessoais contra ataques externos.Substituição de equipamentos obsoletos, com a aquisição de novos computadores e impressoras, além da atualização e uniformização dos Sistemas Operativos.Implementação de um software de e-mail para atribuição de contas individuais aos colaboradores, melhorando a comunicação interna.Instalação de um sistema de alimentação elétrica ininterrupta para garantir a continuidade dos sistemas de Comunicação Internet, Voz e Armazenamento.Implementação de um sistema de Business Intelligence (PowerBI) para monitorar dados operacionais e comerciais, otimizando vendas, reservas e campanhas promocionais.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
