InnovTourism, o primeiro DIH totalmente focado em Turismo na Europa, é uma porta de entrada para a inovação digital e promoverá um ecossistema capaz de resposta às necessidades e oportunidades do setor, reafirmando Portugal como líder e testbed no turismo. O consórcio oferece um vasto leque de serviços à escala nacional e europeia, baseados em competências de IA, inovando e complementando o que o mercado já oferece para apoiar PMEs, start-ups e entidades públicas do setor do turismo. Composto por entidades de referência no domínio da Inovação, Educação, Tecnologia e Consultoria, foi projetado para atender o mercado com soluções novas por requisito direto através da sua plataforma ?BriefUs!?. Diretamente e com ligação às associações do setor, o DIH tem capacidade de atingir 100% do território e PMEs nacionais e alguns estados membros europeus. Por intermédio de feiras, palestras e formações online, irá este DIH disseminar as oportunidades de forma mais óbvia e acessível para o mercado.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.

Beneficiaries representing public entities implement their project by signing one or more contracts with suppliers for goods or services through public procurement procedures.
