A Fabridoce ? Doces Regionais, foi fundada em Aveiro no ano de 1989. Especializada em doces conventuais, tem como base a herança dos homens e mulheres e o saber-fazer tradicional português. Durante os 30 anos de existência, os Ovos Moles de Aveiro, Fios de Ovos, Pão de Ló Conventual e outras doçarias conventuais. Na última década, alargou a gama de produtos com a produção de biscoitos e em 2013 gelados feitos apenas com ingredientes portugueses.A estratégia de crescimento e consolidação da empresa passa pela contínua qualificação dos colaboradores, proximidade com o cliente e implementação de processos mais sustentáveis. Com isto, a Fabridoce, PME Excelência há 9 anos consecutivos, pretende melhorar a eficiência energética do processo de produção de calda de açúcar com o investimento num novo equipamento. Esta alteração permitirá eliminar a utilização de gás no processo e consequentemente reduzir significativamente as emissões de carbono.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
