Com a substituição das condutas e com a implementação de ramais individuais, passamos a obter ganhos com a intervenção, além de se recuperar pelo consumo também se recupera em durabilidade, prolongando o tempo de vida útil das condutas, contribuindo para a garantia da qualidade da água fornecida e consequentemente reduzir as perdas reais pela boa execução do projeto. A CM Loulé procura com esta candidatura reforçar a estratégia integrada de monitorização e redução de perdas de água, que conduz não só a ganhos de eficiência operacional, financeira, saúde pública, social e ambiental, como tende a constituir-se como um fator de continuidade na mudança no comportamento da própria edilidade na redução das perdas, através de medidas que visam uma postura proactiva e sustentável dos serviços de abastecimento de água.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
