Summary

Sendo um prestador de serviços, ou a LBC se transforma através da IA e cresce, ou definha. Temos um Plano de Ação da IA na LBC que se realiza através da criação de um Centro de Competência de IA com 4 + 2 funções, entre elas i) otimização e automação de processos internos para aumento de eficiência e redução de custos e ii) oferta de serviços de IA ao mercado. Este projeto ajuda a LBC a não se atrasar, suportando 2 técnicos de IA, software de IA para todos os colaboradores da LBC atuarem de forma diferente internamente e no serviço ao cliente, software de vibecoding para os developers da LBC, software e infraestrutura para 5 soluções de IA para clientes e para o desenvolvimento de assistentes e agentes internos, reforço da oferta de process automation com AI, oferta de serviços de IA a clientes (começando com assessment e roadmapping). Assim vamos poder crescer mais no mercado português e europeu (aqui com foco em Usability Hub, Azure AI e as 5 soluções de IA).
