O projeto AI@HFA visa transformar digitalmente a empresa através da integração estratégica de inteligência artificial em processos internos, operacionais e de decisão. Alinha-se com os objetivos do Aviso “IA nas PMES” ao promover ganhos de produtividade, eficiência e competitividade. A IA será aplicada na automatização de tarefas, melhoria da gestão e reforço da infraestrutura tecnológica, permitindo decisões mais rápidas e informadas, redução de erros e maior agilidade organizacional. O projeto é transversal, garantindo evolução equilibrada de todas as áreas, posicionando a HFA como referência na Indústria 5.0.
