A Coverflex fornece uma plataforma all-in-one para gestão de compensação e benefícios flexíveis, permitindo às empresas desenhar, consolidar e personalizar subsídio de refeição, benefícios flexíveis, seguros e descontos, e aos colaboradores gerir o seu pacote de compensação através de uma app/cartão único. A proposta diferencia-se pela infraestrutura proprietária de pagamentos multi-país, stack tecnológica modular, rule engine centralizada e capacidade de escalar em Portugal, Espanha e Itália. O investimento de €2,0M via SAFE (que fará parte de ronda de €40M, em discussão, dos quais €10M já levantados via SAFE em junho de 2026) será usado para apoiar atividades de I&D da Sociedade, designadamente desenvolvimento e robustez da plataforma, automação/AI e infraestrutura de pagamentos, e para acelerar expansão comercial nos paises atuais (Portugal, Espanha e Itália), assim como financiar a expansão para novos países na Europa.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.

Beneficiaries representing public entities implement their project by signing one or more contracts with suppliers for goods or services through public procurement procedures.
