Summary

No interior da habitação prevêem-se medidas previstas no aviso de Investimento RE-C03-i02 - Acessibilidades 360o N.º 3/C03-i02/2022, intervenções definidas nas NTA previstas no Decreto-Lei nº 163/2006, de 8 de agosto, nomeadamente melhoramentos no interior da habitação, medida prevista na secção 3.3 capítulo 3, no percurso acessível da habitação e medidas enquadradas no capítulo 4, na secção 4.9 com a alteração dos 3 vãos das portas de interior para 0.80m. O projeto também prevê os melhoramentos na instalação sanitária desta habitação, baseiam-se na substituição das peças sanitárias por novas peças nomeadamente a banheira atual por uma base de duche retangular e antiderrapante no sentido de as tornar acessíveis, de acordo com as necessidades específicas do seu utilizador e nos termos na Portaria 301/2019 de 12 de setembro. No projeto aplica-se ainda como medidas de compensação, a aplicação de um banco fixo à parede e uma barra de apoio na sanita, medidas alternativas que proporcionam um desempenho equivalente ao disposto nas NTA, de acordo com as normas descritas no Decreto-Lei n.º 163/2006, de 8 de agosto, nomeadamente através do recurso destes materiais que assegurem a segurança, o conforto e a funcionalidade deste espaço de permanência. Estas medidas propostas estão previstas na alínea n) e o) da alínea OI.2 do ponto 4.1.4 do aviso de Investimento RE-C03-i02 - Acessibilidades 360o N.º 3/C03-i02/2022.

Beneficiaries

Within the scope of the Recovery and Resilience Plan, two types of beneficiaries are responsible for carrying out the projects and using the funding provided. Due to their similar role, the reference to these two types of beneficiaries has been simplified and unified under the term "Beneficiary".
The two types are::
  • Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
  • Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.

Call for applications

As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.

The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
