A Boas Quintas planeia aprimorar significativamente os seus processos de produção por meio da aquisição e implementação de tecnologias alinhadas com a Indústria 4.0. Isso inclui um sistema centralizado de controlo enológico, com capacidade de interação entre vários sistemas e contínua comunicação entre os diferentes softwares, equipamentos e recursos humanos.Esta implementação permitirá alavancar a transição tecnológica e digital da empresa, através da constante recolha, gestão e tratamento avançados de dados, e consequente capacidade para controlar, monitorizar e decidir presencial ou remotamente.O projeto contempla a instalação de dois Módulos de sensorização e controlo de vários processos produtivos, instalados em 4 cubas de 450hl e 10 cubas de 260hl, ligados a uma unidade central equipada com software dedicado, assegurando o domínio digital em tempo real, o que resulta no controlo eficaz e excelência na qualidade do produto final.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
