O projeto descarbonização visa o aumento da eficiência energética reduzindo o consumo de energia e de emissão de gases através de equip. de elevado desempenho energético. O objetivo centra-se na transformação da atual caldeira de biomassa de 3 MGHh para uma de combustão Dual (Biomassa e hidrogénio). Consiste na singularidade da simbiose de um gerador de hidrogénio cuja produção de eletricidade tem origem em fontes de energia renováveis e o aprov. dos resíduos de biomassa internos, através da alteração da atual caldeira de biomassa. O processo do combustível hidrogénio melhora a queima da combustão e sobretudo a introdução do H2 enquanto fonte combustível, aumenta o poder calorífico por unidade de combustível consumido. O projeto incluiu uma UPAC para viabilizar a produção de hidrogénio limpo e um sist. de recuperação de calor de processo reaproveitando a energia térmica perdida da produção (estufa). Este sistema vai ter gestão centralizada da climatização para controlo da unid fabril.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
