Conforme referido, o presente Projeto visa a redução de perdas na rede de distribuição de água do Concelho de Lagos, numa extensão de cerca 364 km, através da implementação de 46 Zonas de Medição e Controlo, com a instalação de equipamentos de controlo e medição, que permitirão ter um conjunto de dados que possibilitarão posteriormente a implementação de campanhas de deteção e reparação de fugas bem direcionadas e eficazes. Com a implementação de 36 Válvulas Redutoras de Pressão (VRP) permite a criação de patamares intermédios de energia. Por outro lado, encontra-se previsto a a construção e reabilitação de uma extensão pouco significativa da rede, de cerca de 11,4 Km de condutas existentes, que provocam grandes oscilações de pressão e, como tal, aumenta as perdas reais. Com a concretização do investimento proposto não só se diminuem as perdas reais como, a partir das medições das caixas e com os respetivos valores medidos e trabalhados posteriormente no Centro de Comando, com software e hardware próprio e equipado para a gestão dessa informação, poder-se-á não só conhecer o efetivo estado da rede nos seus diversos locais, como também dotar de ferramentas essenciais para um assertivo Controlo Ativo de Perdas promovendo a eficiência e eficácia e a devida sustentabilidade de todo o sistema.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
