O H2DRIVEN constitui uma proposta de implementação e valorização de uma nova cadeia de valor na área dos electro-combustíveis verdes em Portugal, com capacidade para concepção, desenvolvimento e produção de H2 verde, CO2 biogénico e electro-metanol, assumindo-se como plataforma agregadora e indutora de novas competências em diferentes áreas disciplinares e em tecnologias disruptivas. Com base na realização de actividades de I&D e Inovação e na diversificação do perfil de especialização do sistema de produção nacional, o H2DRIVEN irá contribuir para (i) incrementar a competitividade da economia nacional e, ao mesmo tempo, aumentar a resiliência do país, (ii) reduzir a dependência de mercados externos, aumentando as exportações e contribuindo para a soberania tecnológica da UE, (iii) aumentar o investimento em I&D e criar novo conhecimento técnico-científico, (iv) desenvolver 2 novos PPS de alta intensidade tecnológica e (v) reduzir, até 2027, um total de emissões de 105 kton/CO2 (ano).
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
