O promotor/beneficiário final apresenta a operação VICE Vila num cronograma de 39 meses de outubro 2022 a dezembro 2025 declinando-a em 4 Ações chave: Ação 1 - Planificação e Pré-Produção Ação 2 - Implementação do Projeto O Nosso Futuro Ação 3 - Implementação do Projeto Migrantur Ação 4 - Avaliação, apresentação e disseminação de Resultados Como nota acessória, importará sublinhar que a Autarquia, redesenhou a operação em apreço após submissão da 1ª candidatura na fase 1 e consequente inscrição no quadro de investimento do PAOITI aprovado no âmbito do Aviso N.º 01/ C03-i06.03/2022. Esta revisão que passou pela opção estratégica da supressão da ação que pressupunha a conceção e desenho e implementação do Concurso de Ideias SOCIAL & DIGITAL SEA´, garante hoje uma otimização dos objetivos atingir e metas a alcançar em VICE Vila, nomeadamente pelo reforço do investimento nos processos de participação cívica no projeto O Nosso Futuro em 2023 e de empoderamento comunitário e capacitação inclusiva no projeto Migrantur entre 2024 e 2025. Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
