O projeto prevê as seguintes ações: 1) Divulgação e apresentação do projeto pretende informar as entidades locais e da comunidade acerca do funcionamento e objetivos do projeto Enxertia; 2) Apoio jurídico e consultadoria que via a 3) apoio e aconselhamento jurídico no âmbito do projeto “Enxertia”, nomeadamente aconselhamento a beneficiários no âmbito de crimes de condução sob o efeito de álcool e/ou processos de crime por violência doméstica relacionados com o consumo e/ou dependência alcoólica. 3) Intervenção individual e personalizada tem como objetivos a realização de consultas de psicologia através de uma intervenção individual e personalizada e o envolvimento da família e/ou rede de suporte com o objetivo de realizar a psicoeducação da doença, fortalecer laços e construir dinâmicas familiares saudáveis; 4) as oficinas de capacitação e 5) a prática agrícola tem com o objetivos de treinar competências pessoais, sociais e profissionais tendo em vista a cocriação para a tomada de consciência do Eu e empoderamento pessoal para a resolução de desafios e promover a reinserção na comunidade pela prática laboral; 6) Programa 3 S (Ser, Sentir e Saber) almeja a realização de sessões de treino de competências pessoais, sociais e profissionais e por fim a 7) Avaliação de impacto pretende a elaboração e aplicação dos instrumentos de recolha de dados e a 8) organização e análise de dados finais do projeto.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
