O projeto materializa-se nas seguintes ações: i) Elaboração/ atualização dos instrumentos de Diagnóstico e planeamento estratégico da rede social concelhia, devidamente alinhados com documentos estratégicos nacionais e contemplando as linhas gerais de ação e respetivas metas, indicadores, estratégias. ii) Requalificação do espaço de apoio ao desenvolvimento da resposta Estaleiro Social- um espaço de armazenamento e beneficiação de bens e equipamentos que deixaram de ter utilidade no agregado de origem, ou empresa e podem ser reencaminhados para famílias e agregados em situação de vulnerabilidade social. iii) Criação do banco local de ajudas técnicas, devidamente articulado com outras respostas publicas, que permita responder às necessidades da população em termos de material como camas articuladas, cadeiras de rodas, andarilho, canadianas e outras, procurando desta forma apoiar os mais vulneráveis com base num modelo de governança de empréstimo de material que facilite a vivencia diária. Esta resposta permitirá complementar outras oportunidades como subsídios da Segurança Social, cuja incidência é manifestamente insuficiente e não permite dar resposta às reais necessidades da população cada vez mais envelhecida e com rendimentos per capita parcos, incapazes de permitir suportar estes encargos. iv) Plano de comunicação que permita comunicar a operação com a comunidade. Pretende-se recorrer a ferramentas de comunicação com forte incidência junto das comunidades desfavorecidas aumentando-lhes o conhecimento do projeto e acima de tudo familiarizá-los com oportunidades de acesso.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
