As piscinas municipais cobertas de Beja são um local de aprendizagem, prática desportiva e lazer. É um espaço que a população, independentemente da idade, usa para praticar natação, hidroginástica e hidroterapia, muitas vezes enquadrado em aulas por parte de associações do Concelho. A oferta de recursos é boa, o espaço é muito agradável e a sua taxa de ocupação é alta. Porém, carece de um equipamento que poderia potencializar as piscinas facilitando o acesso ao tanque a pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. Neste momento, estas pessoas arriscam a sua integridade física para ir à água, bem como os acompanhantes ou técnicos que auxiliam, por não existirem condições de segurança. Assim, faz todo o sentido suprimir esta lacuna com a instalação de um elevador para acesso ao tanque da piscina. Este equipamento não constitui nenhum obstáculo ou dificuldade à fruição da piscina para os demais utilizadores. O equipamento proposto, bem como os locais de instalação, vão potenciar as condições de utilização do tanque por parte das pessoas com mobilidade reduzida e cumpre todas as normas de segurança. Ficam, assim, salvaguardados os direitos consagrados, quer na Convenção sobre os Direitos das Pessoas com Deficiência, ratificada por Portugal, quer os direitos fundamentais plasmados na nossa Constituição, que visam a não discriminação e inclusão de todas as pessoas. O investimento, de acordo com uma pesquisa informal, será cerca de 6.839,00€+IVA
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
