A decisão baseada em dados e a promoção da transparência constituem um desígnio estratégico do Município de Cascais. Neste contexto revelou-se determinante o desenvolvimento de uma plataforma de gestão urbana que orquestra os dados obtidos pelos diversos, verticais e permite ganhar capacidade de resposta e de antecipação. Impõe-se à data o reforço da plataforma existente, quer na quantidade de áreas envolvidas, como na tecnologia utilizada, tirando partido dos recentes desenvolvimentos em matéria de IA visando uma evolução no processo de transição digital municipal, exponenciando a capacidade de resposta aos desafios locais. O processo evolutivo da plataforma vem consolidar os referenciais por áreas de intervenção no âmbito das cidades inteligentes (Mobilidade, Ambiente e Energia, Governança, Qualidade de Vida, Sociedade e Educação e Economia e Inovação), seguindo vários normativos de monitorização, entre eles, o da ISO 37120- Desenvolvimento de Comunidades Sustentáveis.O acréscimo de verticais, aliado à
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
