O projeto insere-se nos dos objetivos constantes do Aviso, pois está em causa uma Plataforma de Gestão Urbana de que o Município já dispõe, e o seu upgrade, para permitir a integração de informação gerada em várias fontes: plataformas verticais, sensores e fontes internas e externas.O projeto vai ao encontro dos objetivos do Aviso de financiar a evolução da Plataforma de Gestão Urbana existente e a aquisição de plataformas verticais de suporte à atividade da Administração Pública Local (APL), tendo como principais objetivos a promoção de uma maior coesão territorial, assegurando financiamento para ter acesso a maior quantidade de dados para gestão do território concelhio; assegurar uma vasta cobertura do território com PGU; gerar o maior volume de dados e inteligência sobre o território através das plataformas a implementar e gerar mais serviços de dados. A candidatura possibilitará a implementação dos projetos já desenhados pelo Município, e, na medida em que a informação gerada passará a concentrar-se na PGU, a gestão integrada do território, corporizando uma visão mais abrangente e conectada, transversal às várias áreas de atividade do Município.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
