Com a realização do presente projeto, nomeadamente com a aquisição do Laser Tracker com Sistema Probe, a S4METRO ficará apta a fazer o levantamento de dados 3D para componentes ou espaços de grande dimensão (até 320metros), com elevada precisão. Em paralelo, este sistema também vai permitir melhorar a proposta de valor da S4METRO em termos de serviço de engenharia inversa e virtualização de componentes e ou espaços de grande escala em 3D, no âmbito de projetos de fábrica digital (representação 3D e/ou virtualização).Já a aquisição do Software VG Studio Max, permitirá a otimização e tratamento de dados de forma muito avançada que saem de sistemas de tomografia computorizada, permitindo analisar de forma muito detalhada tópicos como, porosidades, analise de orientada de fibras, deformação dos componentes e de forma inteligente identificar onde estão esses problemas. Permitirá também a realização de simulações virtuais de assemblagem de componentes.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
