A abordagem do problema das perdas de água, objeto da presente candidatura, segue a metodologia do Guia técnico n.º3 publicado pela ERSAR . A fase de intervenções para controlo de perdas reais tem como componente nuclear a criação de ZMC (tipologia ii e iv do aviso), a que se seguem duas vias paralelas e complementares: a criação de ZPC (tipologia iii e iv do aviso), e a correção das causas das perdas reais, inerentes à condição física da rede (tipologia i do aviso). A terceira fase do processo consiste na avaliação dos resultados das ZMC e ZMP, com o apoio técnico-científico de centros de investigação e universidade e, em função dos quais, poderá ser necessário ajustar a estratégia inicial. Fecha-se assim o ciclo, que deverá ser repetido com carácter sistemático.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
