A operação visa a Capacitação da Administração Pública Local com vista à Implementação do Sistema Nacional de Cadastro Predial - Dimensão Local Região Norte, no Município de Sabrosa. Trata-se de um conjunto de atividades que concorrem para a capacitação, modernização e qualificação da Administração Pública Local, tal como preconizado nas políticas públicas de reforma e modernização administrativas, assim como nos objectivos do Plano de Recuperação e Resiliência, nomeadamente na Componente 8 Florestas - Investimento i02 - Cadastro da Propriedade Rústica e Sistema de Monitorização da Ocupação do Solo; Reforma - RE-r20 - Reorganização do Sistema de Cadastro da Propriedade Rústica e do Sistema de Monitorização de Ocupação do Solo. Para o efeito, o Município de Sabrosa pretende prosseguir com o desenvolvimento do Balcão eBupi, realizando o reforço temporal do mesmo, por um período de 36 meses, tendo o seu início com efeitos retroativos ao presente aviso, com início a 3 de Julho de 2023, estando assim materializada a maturidade da operação e presente candidatura.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
