O Balcão Único do Prédio (BUPi) do município de Vila Pouca de Aguiar foi financiado pelo Programa Operacional Regional do Norte do PORTUGAL 2020 no âmbito de uma candidatura apresentada ao Aviso NORTE-62-2020-23 - Capacitação dos Serviços da Administração Pública para a Implementação do Sistema de Informação Cadastral Simplificado (SICS). O Balcão entrou em funcionamento a 11 de outubro de 2021 e desde essa data que o município tem prestado um serviço dirigido aos proprietários de prédios rústicos e mistos, permitindo-lhes a marcação dos seus limites, de forma gratuita. O município adjudicou a execução do cadastro predial simplificado a empresa externa, através de contratação de uma prestação de serviços, a qual se obrigava, nos termos do contrato celebrado, a georreferenciar a totalidade das matrizes do concelho de Vila Pouca de Aguiar, ou seja, 54.440 matrizes, durante 24 meses. Até à data, o Município georreferenciou 18.232 matrizes, correspondendo a uma taxa de execução de 33%, tendo ficado muito aquém dos objetivos a que se propôs, pelo que pretende dar continuidade ao projeto, candidatando-se ao Investimento RE-CO8-i02.04 – Aviso 01/C08-i02.04/2023 com o objetivo de manter e reforçar o BUPi de Vila Pouca de Aguiar. Pretende-se com este investimento operacionalizar o Balcão e toda a atividade conexa; criar condições para implementar medidas que promovam e impulsionem o procedimento de Representação Gráfica Georreferenciada (RGG) relativo ao SICS; implementar um modelo que se aproxime ainda mais do cidadão; prestar um serviço público de qualidade, eficaz e mais eficiente; conhecer o território e geri-lo de forma sustentável.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
