O principal objetivo da operação é a capacitação dos cidadãos para a identificação dos seus prédios no sistema de informação cadastral simplificados (SICS) e para o procedimento de representação gráfica georreferenciada (RGG), bem como assegurar todas as condições para a consecução desse fim, através das seguintes ações: i) Desenvolvimento e implementação dos procedimentos de registos de RGGs, adequação dos recursos disponíveis, elaboração conceptual de todo o modelo de ações a realizar, mecanismos de implementação no terreno das equipas de suporte, sensibilização, recolha e estruturação da informação, assim como a integração com as soluções tecnológicas existentes. ii) Garantir a interoperabilidade dos dados, com e exportação e importação dos dados registados no Cadastro de Propriedade para o Bupi ou solução análoga que possa vir a ser desenvolvida pelo Governo de Portugal. iii) Aquisição de material formativo e informativo para os cidadãos das ações de promoção do cadastro predial em Gaia. iv) Realização de eventos públicos nas freguesias do concelho, sobre a implementação e registo do cadastro predial. v) Formação de técnicos municipais em cadastro predial, que permitam aos técnicos afetos ao projeto e à realização das ações previstas no programa estejam dotados de todo os conhecimentos e das ferramentas adequadas a um correto suporte e apoio aos cidadãos.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
