Summary

O projeto visa instalar em Portugal uma linha industrial de coextrusão biorientada Triple Bubble de 13 camadas para produzir filmes plásticos de alta barreira totalmente recicláveis. Esta tecnologia permitirá à FIBOPE fabricar embalagens inovadoras, eliminando materiais não recicláveis como a poliamida e o processo de reticulação de elevado consumo energético (e-beam), alcançando melhor desempenho de barreira com menor impacto ambiental. Inclui também I&D colaborativo com o INEGI para desenvolver sensores óticos/térmicos e algoritmos de inteligência artificial que serão utilizados com um gémeo digital para controlo preditivo em tempo real, assegurando a estabilidade da bolha e a qualidade do filme. Este investimento alia a introdução de tecnologia produtiva de ponta à inovação tecnológica, permitindo à FIBOPE liderar a produção de filmes de embalagem sustentáveis e contribuindo para as transições verde e digital do setor.
