Summary

A intervenção constitui-se como uma reformulação e reforço da rede de percursos pedonais acessíveis, como tal incidirá maioritariamente nos passeios existentes e na proposta de novos, numa extensão de cerca de 300 m e uma área de 4343 m².A proposta de intervenção incidirá principalmente sobre a correção das seguintes barreiras:1. Passeios de dimensão reduzida, que carecem de pavimento acessível;2. Passadeiras em material desconfortável e inadequado e respetivos rebaixamentos;3. Áreas pedonais com pavimento desconfortáveis. Neste sentido, a proposta de intervenção é dividida em 4 tipologias, que correspondem aos 4 perfis-tipo apresentados • Perfil-tipo A – Criação de canal acessível em pavimento de betão contínuo com baía de autocarro e estacionamento paralelo;• Perfil-tipo B – Criação de canal acessível em pavimento de betão contínuo com baía de estacionamento perpendicular;• Perfil-tipo C – Criação de canal acessível em pavimento de betão contínuo com caldeira para árvores• Perfil-tipo D – Criação de canal acessível em betão contínuo.Serão ainda reformulados os atravessamentos pedonais existentes e na soma de passadeiras em pontos considerados cruciais para a continuidade do percurso pedonal acessível. As intervenções previstas têm um custo global de 343.387,59 € acrescido de IVA à taxa legam em vigor, conforme especificado no mapa de quantidades/estimativa orçamental, em anexo.

Beneficiaries

Within the scope of the Recovery and Resilience Plan, two types of beneficiaries are responsible for carrying out the projects and using the funding provided. Due to their similar role, the reference to these two types of beneficiaries has been simplified and unified under the term "Beneficiary".
The two types are::
  • Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
  • Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.

Call for applications

As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.

The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
