A ação proposta visa a atribuição de lotes infraestruturados para construção de habitação própria e permanente a custos acessíveis, contribuindo para a diminuição das carências habitacionais existentes em toda a Região.O investimento a realizar permitirá atribuir 48 lotes infraestruturados nos concelhos de Ponta Delgada, Vila Fanca do Campo, Ribeira Grande e Nordeste, da ilha de São Miguel, com cedência de projeto tipo de arquitetura, que deve acomodar as novas exigências em matéria de eficiência energética, e conferir ao edifício a necessária adaptabilidade, como medida de incentivo à natalidade.
