O objetivo do investimento é reforçar a medida TC-C13-i01: Eficiência energética em edifícios residenciais no âmbito da componente 13. A parte reforçada da medida deve aumentar o número de edifícios residenciais renovados e a produção de energia renovável para auto-consumo. 60 % da área renovada no âmbito deste investimento deve ser em prédios de apartamentos.
