O projeto mantém a identidade do edifício original, adicionando-se uma nova estrutura que permitirá (re)configurar o edifício de uma nova abordagem conceptual que envolve o edificado existente, mantendo o volume existente e configuração longitudinal com cobertura de duas águas. O programa funcional prevê 10 quartos, 5 instalações sanitárias para residentes e 1 instalação sanitária para a equipa técnica, 1 gabinete técnico, 3 salas de estar, 1 cozinha para pequenas refeições, 1 zona exterior de refeições, áreas técnicas e circulações, escadas e plataforma elevatória dimensionadas para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida.A proposta integra zonas verdes localizadas na área da Estrutura Residencial de Reintegração (ERR), destinadas ao usufruto direto dos residentes, concebidas como espaços de permanência, lazer e contacto com o exterior. Contempla, igualmente, a implantação de um espaço exterior destinado a compartimento para armazenagem de contentores de resíduos sólidos, bem como 3 lugares de estacionamento.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
