De acordo com o Relatório de Desempenho Energético no Âmbito do SCE, considerou-se a instalação das seguintes medidas:- Medida 1 - Instalação de sistema centralizado de climatização tipo VRF.Propõe-se a instalação de uma solução da marca DAIKIN, ou equivalente, com potência de 150kW, repartida em vários setores para se evitar elevadas concentrações de gás refrigerante em caso de fuga.- Medida 2 – Instalação de sistema solar fotovoltaico para autoconsumo.A medida relativa à instalação de sistema solar fotovoltaico para autoconsumo foi considerada no cálculo da Certificação Energética, atinente à classificação energética final do edifício, embora a mesma esteja em curso (procedimento de contratação) sob a responsabilidade da ARS Norte, pelo que não foi considerada na estimativa orçamental e para efeitos da presente candidatura.Deste modo, a Medida 2 (já em curso pela ARS Norte) foi substituída por um conjunto de Trabalhos de Construção Civil, considerados necessários e urgentes, onde se incluem a reparação geral da cobertura, a realização de pinturas no interior e a adaptação da compartimentação interna para as novas valências funcionais.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
