O principal objetivo desta empreitada consiste na revitalização total do edifício, dando resposta a todos os condicionalismos legais em vigor, às exigências económicas atuais e a adequação à pertinência das necessidades locais, nomeadamente melhoria do comportamento térmico, eficiência energética, cumprimentos do princípio DNSH energético e melhoria das condições de salubridade.- aplicação de um sistema de isolamento térmico pelo exterior, sistema Etics, que melhorará significativamente o comportamento térmico do edifício;- substituição do sistema da cobertura, onde serão aplicados novos sistemas de impermeabilização, com o intuito de garantir a sua perfeita estanqueidade e aumentar o conforto térmico interior;- no que diz respeito às caixilharias, serão efetuadas novos peitoris, para melhorar a correspondente drenagem das águas pluviais;- os muros exteriores serão limpos com recurso à aplicação de jato de água e areia sob pressão com função decapante e de limpeza e remoção dos elementos de reboco que se encontrem soltos e deteriorados;- como intervenções menores, referem-se a limpeza a jato de água, a limpeza de pavimentos exteriores, a reparação de elementos pontuais no interior do edifício.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
