estratégia institucional e justificação das opções consideradas • O projeto "APNOR Digit´All" representa uma iniciativa inovadora e abrangente que reúne o consórcio APNOR, constituído por quatro Instituições de Ensino Superior (IES): Instituto Politécnico do Porto (P.PORTO), Instituto Politécnico de Bragança (IPB), Instituto Politécnico do Cávado e Ave (IPCA) e Instituto Politécnico de Viana do Castelo (IPVC). Este projeto tem como objetivo principal reforçar a capacidade formativa nas competências digitais, especialmente aos jovens e adultos provenientes de áreas não relacionadas com Ciência, Tecnologia, Engenharia, Artes e Matemática (CTEAM). A estratégia do "APNOR Digit’All" é dirigida a dois público-alvo distintos, recorrendo a diferentes abordagens promotoras da aquisição de competências.
