SMILE GovAI é um projeto estratégico de transformação digital que capacita a Smile Viagens através da adoção de Inteligência Artificial para automatização, eficiência e inovação nos serviços prestados via eSPap e contratação publica.O investimento permitirá digitalizar e automatizar processos críticos — reservas, faturação, reconciliação, tratamento documental e atendimento — reforçando a capacidade de resposta, precisão e transparência exigidas pela Administração Pública. Serão implementadas soluções de IA assistiva, automação inteligente (RPA), chatbots, análise preditiva e ferramentas de otimização tarifária, complementadas por formação especializada e contratação de perfis técnicos qualificados.O SMILE GovAI representa um salto tecnológico e competitivo, garantindo serviços mais eficientes e uma operação empresarial mais inteligente, escalável e sustentável.
