Em estreita parceria com escolas secundárias e profissionais, empresas, laboratórios de investigação, os concelhos da Maia e Vila do Conde, e outras entidades da Área Metropolitana do Porto, tentar atrair mais alunos para a prossecução de estudos STEAM no ensino superior. Um esforço especial será direcionado para tentar reduzir o preconceito de género que existe nas áreas técnicas. As operações de qualificação e requalificação são aplicadas à força de trabalho dos parceiros do projeto e a outras entidades que posteriormente decidam aderir ao projeto. Os cursos de curta duração articulam-se em Percursos Formativos que ensinam as competências em falta, e terão microcréditos atribuídos medidos em ECTS, motivando e abrindo caminho para a prossecução dos estudos em CTeSP, Licenciatura ou Mestrado. Os alunos STEAM serão apoiados com bolsas de mérito e outros tipos de subsídio e trabalharão num ambiente PBL - Project Based Learning, onde lidarão com problemas da vida real fornecidos pelos parceiros do projeto. Estudantes internacionais selecionados, projetos de incubação de empresas e startups técnicas também serão apoiados.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
