O projeto visa prosseguir e consolidar a sua trajetória através (1) da dinamização e inovação da oferta formativa em tecnologias digitais aplicadas a diversos sectores e contextos organizacionais, (2) da melhoria das condições de atratividade e de sucesso de novos estudantes, jovens e adultos (incluindo M23, mulheres, jovens de cursos profissionais e estudantes estrangeiros), (3) do impulso à aprendizagem ao longo da vida, através da renovação e reforço da oferta de formação pós-graduada de curta duração em tecnologias digitais e outras, orientada para a reconversão e requalificação de adultos e do aprofundamento do sistema de credenciação e mi-crocredenciação. A dinamização da oferta de ensino superior em vários concelhos da Área Metropolitana de Lisboa constitui um pilar fundamental do projeto, contribuindo para dar resposta à escassez de resposta existente na região e, desse modo, promover o acesso ao ensino superior de jovens e adultos. Simultaneamente, o projeto constituirá um espaço de conhecimento e de inovação no domínio das tecnologias digitais, disponibilizando cursos inteiramente novos e distintos dos já existente a nível nacional.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.

Beneficiaries representing public entities implement their project by signing one or more contracts with suppliers for goods or services through public procurement procedures.
