A The Rock é a primeira incubadora de empresas dedicada à promoção e ao apoio ao empreendedorismo em cibersegurança como forma de acelerar a transição digital das empresas. Este projecto será desenvolvido em três eixos :1º Programa de IgniçãoO programa de ignição, pretende identificar, seleccionar e promover o desenvolvimento de projectos e de start ups ligadas à cibersegurança. Criando condições e dando acesso a mentoring, Coaching, networking e ainda a capital de risco.2º Caracterização do mercado de cibersegurança PortuguêsPerante a importância que cibersegurança actualmente actualmente assume no panorama mundial, importa identificar e catalogar todos os players do mercado a actuar em Portugal, identificando a sua oferta, posicionamento e footprint do negócio e facilitando o acesso ao mercado.3º Reforço da incubadoraContratação de um Director de Incubadora qualificado, aquisição plataformas gestão e de desenvolvimento programas de formação para incubadas.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.

Beneficiaries representing public entities implement their project by signing one or more contracts with suppliers for goods or services through public procurement procedures.
