Designação: Espaço Cidadão Vila Viçosa e Pardais.Investimento: C19-i01 – Reformulação do atendimento dos serviços públicos.Beneficiário Final: Município de Vila Viçosa (NIPC 506 613 461).Descrição e ObjetivosA operação consiste na instalação de dois balcões de atendimento digital assistido para expandir a rede de serviços públicos de proximidade no concelho:Espaço Cidadão Vila Viçosa: Localizado no Edifício dos Paços do Concelho (Praça da República), com 1 posto de atendimento.Espaço Cidadão Pardais: Localizado na Junta de Freguesia (Rua das Casas Novas, n.º 20), com 1 posto de atendimento. O objetivo central é promover a literacia digital da população, capacitando os cidadãos para interagirem digitalmente com a Administração Pública através do apoio de mediadores qualificados.Despesas Elegíveis: Obras de adaptação baseadas nos requisitos técnicos da ARTE, devidamente faturadas com o NIPC da entidade.Data de Início: 01/05/2026.Data de Conclusão: 30/06/2026.
Beneficiaries

- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
