A candidatura do município do Seixal prevê duas tipologias diferentes, sendo que, no âmbito da tipologia Chave Móvel Digital as ações a implementar consistem no seguinte:1. Desenvolvimento para Implementação da integração do serviço Autenticação.gov: Autenticação via CMD APP "Eu participo"2. Desenvolvimento para Implementação da integração do serviço Autenticação.gov: Autenticação via CMD Site Biblioteca Municipal A CMSeixal tem implementados Serviços Online desde 2018, estando estes integrados com a autenticação com CMD desde 2024 https://servicosonline.cm-seixal.pt/ No cenário atual, torna-se essencial expandir a metodologia de identificação e autenticação com CMD a outras aplicações, nomeadamente:• App “Eu Participo” https://euparticipo.seixal.pt/ • Site da Biblioteca Municipal do Seixal https://biblioteca.cm-seixal.pt/Catalogo/ Relativamente à tipologia Fatura Sem Papel, verifica-se que ela está em funcionamento no município desde 2022, garantida através da utilização da plataforma de facturação electrónica saphety, sendo requisito garantir um Contrato anual de Renovação para Atualização de Software e Apoio à plataforma.Para implementar o envio de faturação por meios eletrónicos nas aplicações de receita do ERP AIRC (Associação Informática da Região Centro) foi necessária a aquisição de um eFo-Conetor de Faturação Eletrócina Outbound e respetivos serviços de Implementação Remotos.
Beneficiaries
The two types are::
- Direct Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are part of the Recovery and Resilience Plan that has been negotiated and approved by the European Union;
- Final Beneficiaries are those whose funding and projects to implement are approved following a selection process through Calls for Applications.
Call for applications
As part of the Call for Applications, submissions are requested to select the projects and final beneficiaries to whom funding will be awarded. Specific selection criteria are defined for each call, which must be reflected in the applications submitted and assessed.
The project is appraised on the basis of its compliance with the selection criteria laid down in the calls for applications, and a final score may be awarded, where applicable.
