Summary

O projeto NEUTRO+PRO visa impulsionar a transformação digital da NEUTROPLAST com a adoção de soluções de IA que reforçam a eficiência, segurança e a competitividade. O projeto contempla quatro eixos estratégicos: PHC Evolution, para a digitalização inteligente da gestão e automatização de processos administrativos; Agentforce + Data Cloud, para otimizar a força de vendas e aumentar a produtividade comercial com IA generativa e preditiva; ChatBot-AI, que garante atendimento automatizado e suporte técnico a clientes e equipas internas; e IA em Cibersegurança, que moderniza a proteção digital e assegura conformidade com normas europeias. Estes investimentos permitirão à NEUTROPLAST consolidar a sua maturidade tecnológica e capacidade de crescimento sustentável. O Projeto enquadra-se no Aviso 03/C05-i14.01/2025, alinhado com a componente C05 - Capitalização e Inovação Empresarial do PRR, Promovendo a adoção de soluções de IA nas PME.
