O projeto candidato de Construção de Edifício com Alteração de Existente para a criação de CACI tem como objetivo a criação nova de uma estrutura física de raiz com a alteração de um edifício antigo da Escola Básica de Primeiro Ciclo de Vale de Estrela para a criação de CACI – Centro de Atividades de Capacitação para a Inclusão. O investimento prevê criar uma Resposta Social para 30 pessoas adultas com deficiência e incapacidade.
