Com o presente investimento, face à enorme procura dos serviços de ERPI o Centro Social e Cultural de Verdelhos pretende ampliar a capacidade existente. A proposta prevê o aumento da capacidade da ERPI, passando para um total de 21 quartos, quartos, dos quais 3 triplos, 7 individuais adaptáveis a casal e 11 duplos. Em termos de utentes a capacidade passará para 45, correspondendo a um aumento de 10.
