Summary

O AI4AEC – Artificial Intelligence for Architecture, Engineering and Construction é um projeto da CNLL Architects, apoiado pela linha “IA nas PME” do PRR 2025, que visa desenvolver uma plataforma inteligente de apoio ao projeto de arquitetura e construção, integrando modelos BIM com algoritmos de inteligência artificial. O projeto irá modernizar os fluxos de trabalho através da automação, análise preditiva e verificação normativa inteligente integrada em sistemas BIM e SIG. Entre as principais soluções destacam-se o AI-BIM Optimizer, o ArchiData Assistant e o AI-Powered Project Dashboard, além da criação de um AI Talent & Learning Hub para capacitação interna (ver anexo). O AI4AEC pretende aumentar a produtividade, reduzir erros, melhorar a sustentabilidade e criar novos serviços digitais, posicionando a CNLL como referência nacional em inovação tecnológica aplicada à arquitetura e construção.
