A Diários e Binários – Unipessoal, Lda., detentora do Jornal N (semanário regional de Santa Maria da Feira, Espinho e Ovar), irá adotar soluções de IA para aumentar a produtividade editorial e melhorar o serviço a leitores e anunciantes. O projeto inclui: (i) copilotos para escrita/edição, extração automática de documentos e apoio à paginação; (ii) chatbot 24/7 para atendimento e captação de leads, recomendação de conteúdos e analytics para otimização comercial. Esperam-se reduções de tempo em tarefas repetitivas, SLA de resposta mais rápido, crescimento de audiência e receita publicitária e criação de postos qualificados, reforçando o VAB e a competitividade.
