O projeto PCDIGA+IA visa integrar soluções de Inteligência Artificial nos principais processos operacionais, comerciais e logísticos da empresa, potenciando a eficiência, a produtividade e a personalização da experiência do cliente. O investimento contempla ferramentas de IA para análise preditiva de stocks, automatização de atendimento ao cliente, recomendações personalizadas no site, apoio à decisão e otimização da gestão de compras. A implementação permitirá reduzir custos operacionais, aumentar as vendas e melhorar o serviço pós-venda, reforçando a competitividade, a inovação e a sustentabilidade da PCDIGA no mercado nacional e internacional.
