O projeto ALIVE.AI – Automação e Inteligência no Turismo tem como objetivo integrar tecnologias de inteligência artificial nos processos da Alive Portugal – Agência de Viagens SA, reforçando a sua eficiência, inovação e competitividade. A iniciativa inclui a adoção de IA generativa e preditiva aplicada à automação de tarefas, análise de dados e comunicação inteligente com clientes. Serão implementados assistentes corporativos, modelos de previsão de procura e tarifação, chatbots multilingues e um centro analítico de dados em tempo real. O projeto permitirá aumentar a produtividade, reduzir custos e melhorar a experiência do cliente, posicionando a Alive Portugal como referência em turismo digital e sustentável no contexto das PME portuguesas.
