Summary

O projeto 2025–2028 da MS constitui um investimento estruturante na integração de Inteligência Artificial (IA) para transformar a formação profissional, criando um ecossistema digital inteligente capaz de responder às necessidades do mercado, das empresas parceiras e da comunidade. Visa modernizar processos internos, implementando análise preditiva, automação inteligente e gestão integrada com tecnologias como ChatGPT, Azure AI, Google Vertex AI, n8n, Make.com, ElevenLabs, Power BI e Notion AI, otimizando fluxos de trabalho e a experiência formativa. Inclui infraestrutura tecnológica robusta e integração de IA no ERP-CMS, assegurando monitorização e evolução contínua. A MS consolidar-se-á como ágil, inovadora e sustentável, tornando-se referência nacional em formação inteligente e capaz de atuar globalmente num mercado orientado por dados, IA e automação.
