Summary

O projeto “Compound Life IA” visa integrar tecnologias de Inteligência Artificial na operação e gestão da rede de quiosques de alimentação saudável da promotora. Para o efeito, com o mesmo serão implementados um Sistema de Recomendação de Produtos, um Chatbot de Apoio ao Cliente, um Sistema de Análise de Sentimento e Feedback Automático, um Sistema Preditivo de Otimização de Inventário, um Sistema de Computer Vision para Controlo de Segurança das Transações e um AI Agent para Orquestração Logística e Operacional, com os objetivos de aumentar a eficiência, reduzir custos, melhorar a interação com os clientes e potenciar o crescimento da Compound Life, elevando a empresa à posição de referência no segmento de food-tech corporativo de alimentação saudável.
