O projeto Work Smarter with AI tem um efeito transformador na organização, ao integrar soluções de Inteligência Artificial Generativa – Microsoft Copilot 365 e GitHub Copilot – nos processos internos e nas práticas de desenvolvimento tecnológico. Estas ferramentas irão automatizar tarefas, aumentar a eficiência e melhorar a qualidade e consistência das entregas. O investimento inclui ainda a criação de quatro postos de trabalho qualificados, incluindo especialistas em IA Generativa e Automação de Processos, responsáveis pela disseminação e governação da IA na empresa. O projeto reforça a capacidade de inovação, acelera a transformação digital e terá impacto direto significativo no crescimento do indicador de Valor Acrescentado Bruto (VAB), consolidando a posição da Unipartner como referência nacional em transformação digital sustentável.
